Or those weights which somehow vanished in the back of your car. Or that safety sausage you tell everyone is in your BCD pocket before every dive...
For those of you who have not heard of this annual wallet saving festivity. Here is the lowdown: Every year the club organises a bulk gear order straight from the North Pole (AKA Perth, Western Australia). These guys are a massive importer of a HUGE RANGE OF DIVE GEAR. Better still, because your commitee is so freakin' awesome, we have arranged for everyone to get WHOLESALE PRICES!

If you are looking to treat yourself, or perhaps a special dive buddy, to some bargains this X-mas then this is what you need to do:
READ EVERY STEP BELOW... THEN READ IT AGAIN!

2. Fill out the details of what you wish to order on the google doc here before COB Tuesday the 21st of November: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Z9FTu8T7_DAnNDtrWFWf5ttVSkNzNhD2NHLTcjBKuLg/edit?usp=sharing
- MAKE SURE you put your FULL NAME and MOBILE NUMBER on EVERY line you use (its not that hard, just copy and paste).
- MAKE SURE you put in the ITEM NUMBER with the correct SIZE and COLOUR of the item you want. If size and colour don't apply leave blank.
- MAKE SURE you put in the WHOLESALE PRICE and then put 10% GST in the next column (=Wholesale Price/10).
- LEAVE SHIPPING COST BLANK. We will not know shipping costs until after we send the shop the order list. Once they calculate it we will send out a follow up email to confirm the cost. This is normally very low (eg. $10) unless you order something very big and heavy. Tanks are about $30 postage each, however if we order more than 10 in total it will be cheaper.
4. When the gear shipment arrives it will all be delivered to the gear shed and an email will be sent out to tell you to come and collect.
How long will it take?
Everyone will have two weeks to place their order in the google doc (orders close 21/11/2017). Once the order is placed it will take a week or more to arrive in Sydney from the North Pole. You will not get your gear tomorrow but you will get it SUPER CHEAP!
