UCHC Club Day will be held on Sunday 28th February from 12:30pm - 3pm at the National Hockey Centre in Lyneham.​

​Prior to taking the field, you will be required to complete an online registration form by clicking the button below.  When completing the registration form you will need to pay a $43 +GST+online fee (juniors $31.50 +GST+online fee) participation fee to Hockey Australia (more details here). All players must also pay a minimum of $50 of their UCHC fees when they register or into the club account on the day for insurance purposes. The HA levy is in addition to this deposit.

You can pay your $50 straight into the club bank account or on the day via credit acrd or EFTPOS (a $1 surcharge will apply to card transactions).

Club Day is only the beginning of our grading process. If you are unable to make the day, don't worry, there will be plenty of opportunities to show your stuff! More information to be released soon.
