Our training sessions are designed for beginners through to intermediate or advanced runners to help you achieved your goals. Our experienced coaching team provide structured training sessions designed to help you improve your running skills, endurance and speed.
Each session begins with;
· A warm up walk, jog or run at your own pace.
· A series of dynamic drills to activate the muscle groups needed when running.
· Strides to prepare our bodies to run at pace by slowing building speed each run through.
Each quality interval session runs for approximately 20 -25 mins these are tailored to your abilities (beginner to advanced) and designed to improve endurance and speed over time.
Each training session ends with a group photo and a cool down (walk, jog or run at your own pace). This is a great opportunity to chat and get to know other runners, you can debrief the session or discuss your plans for your next running event.
