Join the Trigg Island Silver Salties Yoga with Kristine, an indoor class specifically tailored for over 65's. During the hour Kristine will expertly guide you through Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing) and finish the hour off with some blissful relaxation. 

Attendees pay $5 cash at each class and bring along a water bottle, towel and yoga mat - plus pillow/blanket for relaxing Savasana at the end of class.
