Welcome to Term 2 and a very warm welcome back to Kristine, our Silver Salties yoga instructor. Kristine is ready to get you all gently stretching, connected to your mind and body, and relaxed. 

Yoga classes with Kristine in 2021 were very popular, so be sure to secure your place quickly if you would like to secure your place for Term 2. 

There is an exchange for this class of $5 payable on the days you attend. We do ask that due to restricted numbers, if you register to attend yoga for Term 2 you try your best to attend as many of the weeks as you possibly can.
