The Medium Course Run starts at 6:30 am.
The course starts on Kennedy Regiment Plaza, Jezzine Barrracks then up the steps at the Rock Pool over the top of Kissing Point and down the Boardwalk and along the Esplanade and up Cape Pallaranda Rd turning back adjacent to Emmerson St (the Pallaranda Golf course turn off) and returning back to Jezzine via Boardwalk. Turn right at the top of the boardwalk and head just around the corner to the start/finish line.
