The Long Course Run starts at 6:20 am.
The course starts on Kennedy Regiment Plaza, Jezzine Barrracks then up the steps at the Rock Pool over the top of Kissing Point and down the Broadwalk and along the Esplanade to the Pallaranda Carpark entrance. Turn back and run staright to the Start Line.
