Join us for the Ross Dam run, the 3rd in the 10km Series. This run is sponsored by the Posture and Pain Clinic. This run will earn you club points.
Location: Ross Dam
Date: 19 July 2025
Time: 6:30 am start, the race brief will commence 10 minutes prior to the start time
Distance: Short course 5km, long course 10km
Cost: FREE for members and $6 for non members
Volunteers: 3 volunteers required for each run, if you are able to volunteer please register via the registration portal by selecting "Volunteer" and arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the run commences to help with the setup.
