This event has passed.
For anyone training to do 2hr HM or 4hr Marathon, they are welcome to join Michael F on Sunday 26th June at Riverway car park adjacent to the oval at 5.25am for a 5.30am start. This long run will be running between 5.35 to 5.40/km pace doing a 16-18k loop first. Then anyone training for the Marathon will continue to end up doing about 26km/2hrs 30mins all up.
These runs will continue every Sunday at different locations leading up to the running festival. The training run for the marathon will be progressively extended about 15mins every week
