The Townsville Road Runners Beginners' Run clinic is designed to set you up with the basic skills to run ... sustainably, injury-free, and enjoyably! There are tips and techniques that will be shared to create an environment of success in meeting your running goals.
1. Set your running goals, 2. Sign up, 3. Bring your enthusiasm and questions, and 4. Make it happen!
* You may be keen to build up your running to, say, a 5km distance. Or a 10km?
* You may be keen to improve your overall running endurance?
* You may be returning to running after an injury or absence?
This is an excellent opportunity to link into the expertise of the Running Team and get moving!!
