🌼 SPRING ALL-COMERS TRACK MEETS 🌺

Everyone is Welcome to Compete! 
 
Please join us for our fantastic festival of Spring Track & Field in Townsville ! 

Townsville North Star Athletics club partnered with SUBWAY North Ward to offer these low-cost, fun-filled meets to all athletes 5 years (DOB 2015) through to Masters. 
These meets are designed for *everyone, club members and non-club members alike, so ALL VISITORS ARE WELCOME ! 
*(first meet to have 10 years (DOB 2010) to senior athletes only)

This year’s 2020 Spring schedule is as follows:
* Friday night, August 28, 10 years (DOB 2010) to Masters only meet
* Friday night, September 4, All-ages meet 
* Friday night , September 11, All-ages meet
* Friday night, September 18, All-ages meet

ONLINE MEET COST:$10*-all events included, per athlete, per meet

*Online Registration closes Midnight Thursday nights prior to the day of the meet, on the day Registration: $20 per athlete!

WHERE: The Townsville Sports Reserve (Red Track)

WHO: You! Anyone, any age. You’ll compete with others of similar age. Single-year age groups for kids 5-13 other divisions are combined 14-15, and 16 years to Open including Masters

WHAT: All-Comers Track and Field meets. These meets are low-key and offer a variety of events from week to week.  Program of events will be as per our normal club nights. 

WHEN: Friday nights in Spring !

WHY:  Due to our regular “club season” being cancelled,  we are now approved and excited to finally bring Townsville some high quality Track & Field meets to assist athletes for the upcoming interschool competition, NQ Championships, and Qld All Schools Championships. 

HOW TO GET STARTED: Simply register online no later than midnight Thursday night prior to the day of the meet

*TNS club membership is not required, but it’s a great deal! $50🍍
This membership firstly entitles you to a SUBWAY $5 voucher each time you register for a Spring All-Comers meet after you have paid the $10 fee to compete. 
It also enables athletes to register for the upcoming NQ Championships, October 2-4 in Mackay and the Club State & National Championships -TBC

or in person at all meets. 

2020 MEMBERSHIP COST: $50 all ages
