Intermediates are 14-18 years old as of the 31st December 2025.
This age group will refine their skills and technique while focusing on peak performance and camaraderie.
Your team will learn 6 routines (March, Clubs, Free Exercises, Rods, Rhythmical Aesthetic and Song & Dance) throughout the year. As a team sport, your team will perform at our Mid-Year Concert on June 15th, compete at the Evolution Dance Competition in August 2025 and the Northern Territory Calisthenics Association Team Competitions held on October October 25th & 26th.
There are workshops, Calisthenics Skills exams and other performance opportunities throughout the year.
