I understand that I will only receive a refund of the $55.00 Player Levy, if I am not selected into a team.

During the course of the Hockey Season, you may be photographed or videoed either individually or as part of a larger group. Photos or videos may be published, with identifying information, across Toowoomba Hockey social media platforms or other THA and Club publications.
