Team Entry forms must be returned to the QA office by 9am Monday Nov 25

Full Team lists must be retutned to the QA office by 5pm Wednedsay Nov 27

Alterations to team lists can be made on the day, no later than one (1) hour prior to the start time of that event.

At the time of ENTRY at least ONE athlete must be in the correct age group for the team to qualify for medals within that age group (ie U16 team must contain at least ONE 14/15 year athlete, U18 team at least ONE 16/17 year athlete, Open team at least ONE 20year+ athlete etc.
Age for Masters Categories will be calculated as at 30/11/2019. For all other athletes age will be calculated as at 31/12/2019.
Multi-Class athletes will throw Age Appropriate implements.

Please provide event nominations Surname & National I.D. to login and register for the competition, you simply pick the events in which you would like to compete in, add your Qualifiying Metric (Seed time/event PB) and your all done.

Please Note the club must have team nominations in by 9.00am on Monday the 25th of November. Nominations can be put forward to Bruce Jones or Ross Anderson.
