The Toowong Gift & Jnr Gift are on again for 2023, these premier 3000m Events bring back that feel of the 'Bannister - Landy days' of fast middle distance grass track speed. The Gift will have Open and Masters (35yrs+) classifications, whilst the Jnr. Gift is open to QA registered athletes from 11 to U17yrs.

There will also be two 1km Dash event for U6-U11's Boys & Girls

Entries Close 9:00am Friday the 24th of November

Prize Pool and medals on offer across the events, plus a Cash Bonus for the winning Mens or Womens entrant that breaks the track record over the distance.

All Toowong Gift & Jnr Gift competitors must be registered with Queensland Athletics, or another State Athletic Association.  

All 1000m Dash for U6- U11's  must be registered with Little Athletics Queensland or Queensland Athletics.

Athletes must provide a seeding / PB for the chosen event distance.

• 3:00pm: U6 to U11 Girls
• 3:15pm: U6 to U11 Boys
• 3:30pm: 1km Dash Medal Presentations

Toowong Junior Gift 3000m

• 3:40pm: U12 to U17 Boys
• 4:00pm: U12 to U17 Girls
• 4:20pm Junior Gift Medal Presentations

Toowong Gift 3000m Open and Masters

• 4:30pm: Open and Masters Women
• 4:50pm: Open and Masters Men
• 5:10pm: Medal Presentations
