Times are as follows:
U12 Boys and Girls 4.30pm to 5.30pm
U15 Boys and Girls 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Senior Women 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Senior Men 7.30 to 8.30pm
Please ensure that you have warmed up properly before training commences. Seniors will be split into at least two training groups so whatever your level please come out as there will be a training group to suit. Thank You!
