The regular sessions are as listed below - however, these may vary due to a range of factors, including: venue maintenance, school holiday programs, tournaments, and as many venues are dual-use and may, from time to time, be reserved for some other sporting commitment.
All regular sessions are intended for proficient players, except for those so noted. Some sessions are run as structured format, and others are up to the attending players to arrange games within the session (social play).
