With the easing of restrictions (from 15/12/2021) Masks are no longer required (but are recommended), QR code check in is no longer required (but is encouraged), density limits are removed (but online booking is recommend), keeping COVID safe is essential.

NSW Reopening Restrictions from 15th December 2021 apply as follows:

• Masks will only be required for indoors front-of-house hospitality staff who are not fully vaccinated. Masks will be strongly encouraged in settings where you cannot social distance.

  • Our staff will continue to wear Masks as they see fit.

  • We encourge all patrons to continue to wear masks where they feel the need to.

  • Follow the latest face mask rules if you are unsure.

• COVID-19 Safe check-ins only required for certain settings.

  • We will continue to display our Service NSW COVID Safe Check In QR Code.

  • We recommend all patrons check in with the Service.NSW app (or provide contact details).

• Proof of Vaccination evidence is no longer required in order to enter Penrith Skatel.

  • We encourage everyone to protect themselves, their family and friends, and the greater community by being vaccinated.

  • If you are not fully vaccinated please consider being vaccinated, as and when vaccines are available to you, and please adhere to any government restrictions where applicable.

Previous COVID Safe measures still in place:

• Penrith Skatel is a registered COVID Safe business with a NSW Government COVID-19 Safety Plan for Indoor Recreational venues
• All sessions have limited numbers to meet Social Distancing requirements
• Priority Access will be given to paid participants, please minimise the number of spectators, as seating will be limited
  • DUE TO LIMITED ENTRY NUMBERS, ALL PERSONS ATTENDING (INCLUDING SPECTATORS) MUST PURCHASE AN ENTRY TICKET
• All partons to provide contact tracing details when booking (including spectators)
• Book & Pay online in advance to guarentee your ticket for the sessions (online payments uses the PinPayment system (a credit/debit card is required) - each transaction will attract a merchant fee of 2% + $1.60 AUD, which is in addition to session / skate hire price).

• Please 'Check in' using the Service NSW App's 'COVID Safe Check-in' by scanning the Penrith Skatel QR Code on entry.
• All attendees are strongly encouraged to wear Face Masks where you cannot social distance, see Face Mask rules for details.
  • Where possible please bring your own mask. If you do not have a mask, there are some disposable masks which can be purchased at the rink.
• We also would like to remind all attendees to practise social distancing
• We are closed between sessions for cleaning and sanitising.
• The venue is compliant with good hygiene and food safe practises (including providing hand hygiene products and suitable rubbish bins, with frequent cleaning and waste disposal)
• We insist all staff and encourage all patrons to practise good hand hygiene - Hand Sanitiser stations are provided
• If you feel unwell at the rink, please let us know and go home. Please understand that customers and staff who exhibit flu like symptoms (sniffles, coughing or sneezing) will be asked to go home as a precaution to minimise the risk of infection.
• If you are already feeling unwell, or have flu like symptoms or had direct contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not vist the rink.
