If you become unwell after booking, please cancel your booking by email (teamskatel@icloud.com).

  • Bookings cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance can be refunded or credited to future bookings (on request).
  • Bookings cancelled a minimum of 1 hours in advance may be credited to future bookings (on request).
  • No shows or cancellations with less the 1 hours notice will be forfeited.
