Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Taren Point Roller Skating Club Inc

Dear member,

This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Taren Point Roller Skating Club Inc. The details of this meeting are as follows:

Attached are:

• the agenda for this meeting - Agenda - 2020/2021 AGM
• the minutes of the last special general meeting - Minutes - AGM 9 December 2020
• committee positions nomination form - Committee Positions Nomination Form (also to be available in hard copy at training sessions)

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about Taren Point’s operations and finances
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting/special general meeting
• accept the annual financial statements
• elect committee members.

Should you wish to nominate someone for a committee member position then please print and complete the attached nomination form, and once seconded by a club member then at least 7 days prior to the AGM send the form to: tprsc.general@gmail.com or deliver to the club secretary at the next club skating training session. Alternatively, where you are unable to print the form and given the current COVID-19 safety restrictions in place, you are welcome to send us an email showing that you've had your nomination seconded (via email) by another club member.
