Notice is hereby given to all members that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of T&DWPI will be held on Saturday 26^th September 2020 at 4pm via Zoom. At this meeting, all positions will be declared vacant.

Please note:

According to the constitution of the association, only persons whose membership fees are up to date may participate in the meeting or cast a vote.

A member may appoint another member as his or her proxy to vote and speak on his or her behalf at the AGM. The appointment of a proxy must be in writing and signed by the member making the appointment, clearly identifying the person appointed as the member’s proxy. The appointment of a proxy must be given to the Chairperson of the meeting before or at the commencement of the meeting. The appointment of a proxy sent by post or electronically is of no effect unless it is received by the Club Secretary no later than 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting. The member appointing the proxy may give specific directions as to how the proxy is to vote on his or her behalf, otherwise the proxy may vote on behalf of the member on any matter as he or she sees fit. The proxy form can be found on our website at the back of the constitution document.
