Tamworth Gymnastics Club Terms and Conditions of Membership 2024
Fees
- The Registration Fee is a once a year payment that covers insurance and membership with Gymnastics NSW and Tamworth Gymnastics Club. The Term Fee for Recreational Classes is $80 and $120 for Competitive Squads. All Registration Fees must be paid up front prior to the first class via our online booking system.
- Term Fees vary dependent on the class and hours of training. The Term Fee covers 10 weeks of classes for Recreational groups (1 class per week) and 10 – 12 weeks of classes for Competitive Squads (2 – 4 days per week). All Term Fees must be paid up front via our online booking system in order to secure a position in a class.
Payment Plans
- Families with more than one child participating may contact us to arrange to pay fees at a staggered rate. We also offer staggered payments to those wishing to attend more than 1 class per week. This must be arranged via email only by emailing us at tamworthgym@gmail.com
- Late payment of instalments will incur a $20 late fee per payment. Term Fees not finalised by the last day of Term will incur a $50 late fee.
Competition/Carnival Entry Fees
- Term Fees take precedence over competition or carnival entry fees. We cannot accept event entry fees if there is an outstanding payment.

- Competitive Squads please refer to 2024 Competition Handbook for Event Refund Policy.

- In the event a gymnast can't attend a lesson, we will endeavour to assist with booking a makeup lesson if there is availability (please send request to tamworthgym@gmail.com)
- In the event an injury or illness means the gymnast will lose 4 weeks or more of training time, and a medical certificate can be provided, then credit can be applied for the following term.

- Credit is not transferrable unless it is to be used by a sibling.
- Make up lessons must be done within the term of the missed lesson.
