Please note

All fees paid for July Holiday Camp are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another person.
In the event of injury or illness, we are happy to consider a request to have the fees transferred to another camp, less a 20% administration fee of $30. Please send a medical certificate with the request to tamworthgym@gmail.com
In the event of a non-medical withdrawal, we are happy to consider a request to have the fees transferred to another camp, less a 50% administration fee of $75. Please send the request to tamworthgym@gmail.com
Spectators are welcome to watch from the grandstands. As with all TGC classes, only registered coaches and enrolled gymnasts are permitted to be in the gymnastics area.
All athletes and spectators are bound by the Gymnastics Australia and Tamworth Gymnastics Club Codes of Conduct. Breaches of the Codes of Conduct may result in disciplinary action and cancellation of membership without refund.
It is the responsibility of the parents to clearly communicate any dietary requirements / allergies clearly to tamworthgym@gmail.com including a copy of any relevant action plans
