For 5 – 12 year olds, we run Gym Fun classes for both girls and boys. The class runs for 1 hour and is packed with fun and stimulating activities, all in a safe and challenging environment. The class focuses on developing strength and flexibility, balance and coordination that will help them with many future sporting endeavours, as well as learning basic gymnastics skills such as rolls, handstands and cartwheels. Gym Fun gymnasts have the opportunity to perform in our biannual Carnivals - in Winter and Summer - where they receive feedback certificates and a special banded TGC Medal!
