Sydney United Volleyball Club Senior Representative Trials

Sydney United Volleyball Club is holding its senior representative trials for 2022. The representative program is designed to train and condition players physically and mentally for state-sanctioned events such as State Cups, Sydney Volleyball League (JSVL), Club Championships, etc. SVL will run from April 10 through to July 31.

In 2020 our men's team won gold in its maiden SVL appearance. In a rare feat they have also finished the season undefeated (10-0). The team captain and setter was also awarded the MVP award.

In 2021, our W2 team was undefeated throughout the entire competition and bagged the MVP award. Our M3 team have topped their division and also bagged the MVP award.

SVL's new promotion/relegation format means Sydney United is currently awaiting the decisions on the division our senior teams will play in.

Men's and Women's Divisions 3 & 4
- January 22 (Saturday), 7-9PM, Netball Central
- January 29 (Saturday), 7-9PM, Netball Central
- February 7 (Monday), 730-10PM, Australian National Sports Club (special assessment)
- February 14 (Monday), 730-10PM, Australian National Sports Club (special assessment)

Men's and Women's Divisions 1/2 (to be confirmed due to the promotion/relegation policy)
- January 24 (Monday), 730-930PM, Netball Central
- January 31 (Monday), 730-930PM, Netball Central
- February 7 (Monday), 730-10PM, Australian National Sports Club (special assessment)
- February 14 (Monday), 730-10PM, Australian National Sports Club (special assessment)

The selection process will be based on skills, attitude and coachability. Sydney United would like to remind that interested players need to be committed to all training and games and the costs involved in these tournaments.
