Wednesday Competition

Sydney Thunder Volleyball is proud to present our Wednesday mixed social competition (2 divisions) aka the Wednesday Thunder Comp 3!

The Thunder Comp will run every Wednesday 7:00pm - 9:00pm at North Ryde RSL Youth Club from the 19th June to 28th Aug. The Thunder Comp 3 will have prizes for the winners!

Games will be one hour and a run it back discount will be available for teams signing up before the 15th of June.

Wednesday Thunder Cup will follow standard volleyball rules and regulations however a few important rules are:

  • Mixed teams are required to have at least two women in position at all times (Woman Lib included)

  • Teams without two women playing will either have women sub in for them or points will be deducted for a win or draw (see policy below for more info)

  • Games will be best of five sets or to times

  • There will be 2 divisions!

  • STV will complimentary duty half of the games so you don't have to

  • Duty teams must help set up and pack up.

By signing up to this competition, the team members and captains have acknowledged that they have read and agreed to the rules, T&C's and policies of STV including the Liability Waiver.
