  • What: Stingers and VectorFit Summer Pop Up Water Polo Strength and Conditioning Program. We will be helping to enhance your Water Polo by using a combination of functional, strength and cardio exercises so you are stronger in the water and move more efficiently. We also will focus on core and joint stability so you are more stable when playing in our demanding sport!
  • Who: The program will be able to cater to all backgrounds beginner to elite and fitness levels. You must be 18 years or older to register
  • When: Starting February 7 and February 14. Sessions will run for 60 minutes 6:00 - 7:00pm
  • Where: Sydney Park. Specific location coming.  If we are experiencing bad weather, we will move the session online for the day
  • Why: Strength and Conditioning is important even though we play a water sport. It can help with your strength, range of motion, fitness, and injury prevention/management. We can also work on certain skills that can transfer to the pool to improve your coordination
  • How: VectorFit brothers Chris and Scott Dyson will run the sessions. They have a combined experience as athletes and coaches in elite water polo of over 20 years. Check out their website here: https://www.vectorfit.com.au/ 
  • What to bring: VectorFit will supply all equipment, you just need gym attire, a yoga mat/towel, and a drink bottle.
