Sydney Spirit BCS DBC is extremely proud to be able to announce that our member, Andrea Smith, has officially launched the metastatic breast cancer advocacy organisation MBC Action Australia.

MBC Action Australia is a consumer-driven organisation whose mission is to improve the lives and health outcomes of the women and men living with metastatic breast cancer in Australia.

Led by people living with metastatic breast cancer, they use their collective voices and experiences to advocate for improvements in policy, supports and services specific to the needs of their community.

They work with supporters and collaborate with other organisations on shared priorities. Through collaborative action we aim to enable people with metastatic breast cancer to live their lives to their full potential for as long as possible.
