Pre-Season Fitness begins TUESDAY 16TH JANUARY 2024 AND TUESDAY THE 23RD

After the break in between seasons, Christmas cheer and holidays, it's time to get back into it!

All Junior and Senior Players are encouraged to attend leading up to the start of the 2024 season. Meeting at Limestone Park (near the netball courts) at 6.30pm
