Register for Events

Step 1 | Australian Sailing Membership Requirement

To participate in Saltwater Veterans Sailing Project (SVSP) events, you must have an active Australian Sailing number, as it is linked to your Personal and Accident Insurance cover.

  • SVSP Supporters: If you are already a registered SVSP Supporter, you have an Australian Sailing number—please proceed to Step 2.
  • Non-SVSP Supporters: You can still participate through SailPass, a temporary membership that enables veterans and their families to experience sailing with us.

Already have an Australian Sailing Number?  You can find it HERE

Why? Being a Supporter is important as it helps cover the logistical costs of our insurance, Australian Sailing affiliations, and ensures we can continue providing safe and accessible sailing opportunities for veterans and their families.

Why? Registration is important to us as it ensures all participants are covered by insurance, allows us to plan and deliver safe, high-quality sailing experiences, and helps us continue providing opportunities for veterans and their families to get on the water.
