Objectives
|
The role of the Registrar is to
-
oversee and be responsible for the club’s player registration processes, ensuring players are signed up, financial, and meet other obligations to commence the season
-
provide support for sign-up days, and
-
ensure the proper recording of individual’s details.

Responsibilities
|
Sutherland Softball Club’s Registrar:
-
provides support to Senior and Junior Coordinators and Team Managers to ensure players are registered for the season
-
maintains team lists, and
-
has knowledge of (or ability to acquire) age and division rules for Softball, to ensure players are registered accurately, and (when required) can move between teams in accordance with the rules.

Provides content for and guidance on communication methods and marketing opportunities

ensure alignment of consistency of information, and

support the committee to grow the club
