The Sutherland Shire Softball Association holds several communications meetings each season in the form of president forums, delegates, and committee meetings.
Annual General Meeting: SSSA holds an AGM where club delegates and life members have the honour of electing the upcoming committee members, considering life Membership nominations, and helping shape the future of the association.
Presidents Forum: SSSA invites the presidents of its member clubs to participate in the upcoming season by discussing ideas and contributing thoughts that the clubs believe will better the association and its members.
Delegates Meetings: SSSA invites member clubs to send representatives to discuss the upcoming season and to discuss changes to the competition and rules for the upcoming season.
Committee Meetings: Elected members of the committee to discuss and rule on motions that govern the competition throughout the year.
