The Queensland Senior Country Water Polo Championships is an annual event hosted over three days in February in various locations across Queensland. Representing the country regions from across the state, the event gives senior country water polo teams and players an opportunity to compete for the Queensland Championship Trophy.
Sunshine Coast Water Polo selects and submits teams for the competition each year, including a competitive women’s and men’s team. The Queensland Senior Country Championships is a selection event for QLD representative teams, who will compete at the Australian Country Championships and is part of the SCWP senior pathway. SCWP are the reigning QLD Country Champions.
Sunshine Coast Water Polo invites all members 2009 and older to EOI for the 2025 QLD Country Championships. QLD Country Championships is a senior event. Those born 2009 wishing to compete will require an exemption.
EOI closes December 30th 2024
Trials will take place late January, a date will be communicated to all who EOI and paid deposit.
