The Easy Office Furniture Lake Series, initially planned for the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, concluded successfully at the Nambour Aquatic Centre due to weather-related venue changes. Despite the last-minute shift, the event was a triumph, showcasing resilience, teamwork, and international sportsmanship.

Highlighting the event's international flavour, teams from New Zealand ventured across the seas to join their Australian counterparts for a weekend of spirited water polo matches. This cross-border participation added a unique dimension to the competition, fostering friendships and international sportsmanship.

The Barbarian Boys pushed North Harbour to the final siren in the Gold Medal Match with North Harbour claiming victory 8-7. The Bronze medal match between Alstonville Polo Bears and River City was a nail-biter, finishing in a penalty shootout in favour of Alstonville Polo Bears 8-7. A special shout-out to Noosa & River City, who both played development teams, and who will no doubt shine next season in U14’s.
