QLD Men's Masters State Championships (34+, 44+, 54+)
Nominations are now open for Men's Masters players, coaches and managers to register their interest in attending the Queensland Men's Masters Championships. We are expecting to field teams in each of these age groups after our successful 2024 Championships. Please complete this form even if you are unsure whether you can attend or not at this stage. Ages are based on the age you are turning by 31 December 2025.
We ask that you nominate as soon as possible but by no later than Sunday 16 March 2025 so that we can confirm SCHA team nominations with Hockey QLD & HQ Men's Masters shortly thereafter. The earlier we can form teams, the easier it is for them to assemble the championships.
Player Eligibility:
Attendance at these Championships requires a minimum 2025 membership as follows:
Registered with SCHA via your club or Monday Masters
Or Registered with HQ Mens Masters
Or Registered with an equivalent Association in Qld
Note that uniforms for each SCHA team will need to be organised, so the earlier we know numbers the better. Also, timely registration allows us to identify whether we need to partner with other associations to form teams. Players will be expected to organise their own transport to and from Tweed Coast and usually each team coordinates accommodation among themselves.
Attendance at these championships provides the opportunity to nominate and trial for Queensland 34+, 39+, 44+, 49+, 54+ and 59+ teams attending the 2025 Australian Men's Masters Championships in Newcastle as follows:
- 26 September to 11 October 2025 (actual dates for each age group TBC)
Please spread the word (and the link to this nomination) widely among your networks.

A separate expression of interest at the QLD Masters Championships will be conducted later for the age groups 59+ (these are not Association based teams but are formed by the Championship organisers).
