SCHA Board are calling for nominations for the 2021 Finance Subcommittee.  Nominations close 5pm Friday  4th December 2020.  

Role of the Finance Subcommittee:

a. work with the Treasurer to prepare an annual budget and to monitor actual income and expenditure against the budget;

b. coordinate with the Treasurer, the Director of Planning, Development and Grounds and the Planning, Development and Grounds Subcommittee to manage grant funded projects, including applications, project coordination and acquittals;

c. monitor association bank accounts and finances;

d. consider fees and levies to be paid to the association and make relevant recommendations to the board;

e. provide the minutes and recommendations from any subcommittee meeting to the board within seven days of the subcommittee meeting being held.
