For non Hook in 2 hockey players registering for the 2024 season, you must complete your HV registration below. If you played at Southern, or any other club in Australia, you need to select returning member. If you did not play at Southern last year, it will then initiate a transfer from your previous club. If Transferring to Southern United
- A transfer is only required if a player wishes to change their Primary Club.
- If you are playing at 2 clubs, register for your primary club first, then you secondary club (eg weekend club first, midweek club second)
- To transfer to Southern, when registering at https://www.revolutionise.com.au/suhc/registration, choose Returning Member
- Enter your details. If your player record can be located, you will be asked if you want to transfer to Southern United.
- According to HV Rule 3.2.3, the departing club has up to 7 clear days to approve or deny the transfer.
- It is polite to advise your departing club that you are transferring out of their club.
- The departing club can approve the transfer as soon as you have lodged it.
- Do not attempt to register until you receive the email saying your transfer is approved.
- You must use the unique URL behind the link in the transfer approved email to complete your transfer.
- If you use any other URL to register, you will trigger a new Transfer and have to wait up to 8 days before playing.
If you intend to play at Southern in less than 8 days after lodging a transfer request as per above, please forward the transfer request email to secretary@suhc.com.au We may be able to speed up the process.
