The SA Sports Voucher Program allows you to claim $100 per primary school-aged child per calendar year.

We need your address, email, phone number, child's Date of Birth, and Medicare Number to submit a claim. The club will reimburse you when the money is received.

If you have claimed part of the $100 in another sport unfortunately you can't claim the balance.
