Run over three Saturday mornings - 10th, 17th and 24th February 2024, each participant will also receive a free St Pat's drink bottle.
There will be 2 x 1 hour sessions and you are asked to nominate one session per participant. Programs run for each session will be both age and skills appropriate:
Session 1 - HookIn2Hockey, U/11 field players and U/11, U/13 Goal-Keepers - 8am-9am
Session 2 - U13, U/15, U/18 field players and U/15, U/18 Goal-Keepers - 9am-10am
The cost of $30 covers the three weeks, and the sessions will be run by club coaches and assisted by senior Capital League players.
Participants are also required to have their stick, mouthguards, shinguards and water. Sunscreen and hats are strongly recommended. Goal-Keepers are expected to have their own kit.
