The St Catherine’s Aquatics Water Polo club is very excited to announce our participation in the NSW Water Polo Metro Competition for Summer 24/25. We have been working in the background to build a water polo community that walks side-by-side with the St Catherine’s School values. The Water Polo club has been built to provide students with a pathway and opportunity to grow and develop within the WPNSW Metro Competition. All teams will be under the guidance of experienced and professional coaching staff that St Catherine’s has to offer.
St Catherine’s Aquatics Water Polo Academy
Welcome to the St Catherine’s Water Polo Academy for 2025. We are very excited to launch this initiative within our community for our already existing members and those new who we will be welcoming into the program.
Our vision for this program is to enable the best quality of sessions so that students enhance skill and develop better technical abilities within a professional environment. Our Coaching staff will assist in developing a range of unique attributes fit for individual performance whilst as having a focus on building culture through a team sport environment.
Each week the program will focus on a different skill set whilst testing these skills each week to show progression. We hope to see a huge transition from week one through to week ten with our students which can only be achieved through consistency with training attendance. Our program has much to offer for each student and our coaching staff will help lead and guide to hopefully have future Olympians one day from St Catherine’s Aquatics Water Polo Club.
Dates: Term 2 – Monday 28th April – Friday 27th June
Cost: $250 per term
Requirement: We recommend a minimum of 2x session per week
Session:
Monday Morning à 6:00 – 7:30am (Pool)
Wednesday Evening à6:00 – 7:30pm (Pool)
Friday Afternoon à 4:10 – 4:30pm (land) – 4:30 – 6:00pm (Pool)
