You understand that Volleyball is a sport that includes some risks including but not limited injuries. SSWV will try its best to minimise the risks however, SSWV will not be responsible for any untoward events outside the insurance cover provided by membership to Volleyball NSW.

SSWV will not be responsible for any untoward incidents outside the official events of the SSWV Social Trainings, Scrims, Programs and Classes. This includes casual volleyball with other clubs or groups.

You allow SSWV to use you or your child's photos and videos on Sydney South West Volleyball Club social media pages for information, promotion or marketing purposes and with no compensation

In any event that games are cancelled at any point during the year for any reason including lockdowns, you agree that SSWV's may not be able to deliver part of the program and may or may not be able to refund the fees.

If for any reason you are not able to continue the program or missed the SSWV Social Trainings, Scrims, Programs and Classes including isolation or quarantine, then no refund or credit will be provided and the fee must be paid.

You understand that if you are not a member of VNSW, you will not be covered by any insurance cover by SSWV or Volleyball NSW and will be refused entry or ejected from the SSWV venue/session.
