Event Details
Nomination Guidelines
- Clubs Only: Nominations are to be completed online via RevSport on the event page of our ASQ website for each competition. Only clubs are permitted to submit nominations. Individual athletes cannot submit nominations directly.
- Club Login: To nominate your club, log in using your club's name, not your individual registration details.
Nomination Fee
- Fee Structure: The nomination fee is $10 per athlete per event, including reserves.
- Fee Cap: The fee is capped at $30 per athlete for the entire competition.
Nomination Process

Athlete Details:
- Enter each athlete's full name as: First Name (Preferred Name, if any) Surname.
- Example: Faith (Susy) Frost
- Enter each athlete's year of birth. Age as at 31 December 2024.

Event Selection:
- Select the events in which the athlete is being nominated.

Duets and Teams Identification:
- Use letters A, B, C, etc., to identify the duets or teams.
- For duets, add an "R" after the letter to indicate a reserve.
- Example: An athlete in duet A would be entered as "Attendee - A".
- An athlete who is a reserve in duet B would be entered as "Attendee - B R".
