This TT Race is part of the ACT Dinghy Championship. As per the Notice of Series, the TT is the first race on the Saturday.
You can chose to do the whole Regatta or just compete in the first heat on the Saturday, if you only want to do the TT.
Start time is listed as 1:30pm for the first heat BUT make sure you check the NoR before the event to confirm the Official Start Time.
