FEES 5.1. Entry fee is $10 for visiting boats.

SCHEDULE 6.1. Registration: Prior to 12am on the day

Safety Inspection: Boats are to be made available for inspection in the rigging area from 11am to 12pm.

The first class warning signal will be made no earlier than 1:05pm.
