Entries are invited for the above regatta organised by Speers Point Amateur Sailing Club, to be held on Saturday 12th October 2024.
The regatta is open to all trailer sailer, off-the-beach dinghy and catamarans up to & including 14ft. Eligible boats are preferred to enter via this online registration process prior to this event. Late registration will be available at the clubhouse on the race day.
A Regatta Entry Fee is payable upon registration via this online registration form, or in person at the club on race day after online registration.
Payments may be made at the time of registration via credit/debit card (a small fee of $1.60 plus 2% applies to credit cards) or by bank transfer (where an invoice will be created).
All sailors must have a current Australian Sailing (AS) Number or a SPASC (Regatta) SailPass to compete.

Regatta Fees
- Junior (under 18 @ 1/10/2024) - $15.00
- Senior (1-person boat) - $25.00
- Senior (2-person boat) - $30.00
- Charter of club boat for regatta - ILCA/OpenSkiff/Tasar - $50.00
Registration confirmation / late registration in SPASC Clubhouse - Saturday 12th October 2024 - 9.30am to 11:45am.
Competitor's Meeting - Saturday 12th October 12.00 pm in Clubhouse.
Racing Session - Saturday 12th October - Warning Signal not before 12.55pm. Maximum 3 races - no start after 4.30pm

'Sailing Instructions' will be made available before the regatta both online and at registration confirmation
Sailing Area - In the area known as Cockle Bay and Warners Bay surrounds, Lake Macquarie.
Courses - These may vary according to classes of of boat and will be shown in the Sailing Instructions.
Divisions - Six boats of the same class / yardstick are required to make a division in the regatta.
Scoring - Results shall be based according to Class Yardsticks updated and advised by Australian Sailing.
Camping is available onsite on club grounds - 6 spaces are available at a cost of $35 per night. Book sites during online registration.
Boats may be stored at the club overnight at your own risk.
SPASC is enclosed by Speers Point Park, which features plenty of activities for non-sailing family members such as an open air Olympic pool complex, parkland, bbqs, walking pathways, jetty and a large enclosed children's playground. https://www.lakemac.com.au/Venues/Speers-Point-Park
