- What you will need to do first

- Attend an information session (held once a month)
- Click here and register as a new member for a Dragon Pass. The pass provides you with insurance cover for one month
- What you need to bring
- Closed shoes such as runners or similar
- Water bottle, sunscreen and a change of clothes (it’s a water sport)
- Comfortable clothing such as active wear
- Enthusiasm – lots of it
