Booking and a $150 deposit is required to secure a position in the container for Sabots attending the 62nd Sabot National Championship and Eddie Gray Sabot Week Regatta between 27th December 2025 - 3rd January 2026 in Airlie Beach!
 
This is a non-refundable deposit, except in the situation where the container is not procured due to a lack of numbers or the event is cancelled before any costs are committed.
 
Booking & Deposit Payments are required to be completed by 31 July 2025 in order to confirm the number of Sabots before booking the container. Note: acceptance of the $150 deposit does not guarantee a spot in the container for boats that have paid after the cut off date.
 
Final & full payment is required in Q4 2025.

Packing & Unpacking dates and locations - TBC.

Cost - TBC (this will depend on the number of Sabots booked in the container) 

Fundraising - for those families wishing to participate in (& share the proceeds from) fundraising, Bunnings sausage sizzles at Rozelle Bunnings are being applied for over a few weekends this year. Our first Bunnings BBQ & Cake Stall will be held on Saturday 31 May, 2025. Funds raised will go towards reducing your boat transportation costs.
