The President and Committee of South Launceston Hockey Club

 the Club’s Annual General Meeting for 2021

 which will be held on

Tuesday the 16^th of November

at the Sports Garden Hotel

commencing at 6:00pm

 

 

The Business of the Meeting will be to:

 

1. Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on the 29^th of November, 2020

 

2. Receive, consider and adopt the Financial Statements of the Association for the financial year ended 31 October, 2021.

 

3. Elect the Officers and ordinary Committee Members of the Association

 

4. Discuss any other business that has been tabled in accordance with the Constitution
