Skate Queensland as the state-affiliated body of State Australia operates under the Skate Queensland Constitution April 2012 and the Skate Australia Constitution November 2015.
The discipline of inline hockey is governed in the following manner:
Inline Hockey Branch Queensland - ILHQ
The inline hockey branch of Skate Queensland is Inline Hockey Queensland (ILHQ).
ILHQ is governed by a State Executive Committee (SEC), being a branch committee of Skate Queensland.
The President of the ILHQ branch committee is a vice-president on the Skate Queensland executive committee.

Inline Hockey Australia - ILHA
Inline Hockey Australia (ILHA) is a sub-committee of Skate Australia.
ILHA is the National Governing Body for Inline Hockey in Australia.
