Please carefully read the following instruction prior to registering for a SkateNSW Artistic Competition to ensure your registration/nominations are correct.
Each participant (whether a Skater, Coach, Official and.or Volunteers) are required to register online.
Skaters
Before registering, first review the Event page, Competition Notice and discuss your registration/nominations with your Coach.
Then on the Event page, click the REGISTER> button, to begin your registration.
Enter your Username and Password (you will only be able to register if you are logged in).
If you do not have this information please email SkateNSW
Next select your Participation in the Figure Skating Events.
You are only required to register once, so please select all applicable participation options.
If you are not participating in the Figure Skating Events, then select N/A.
If you have selected Skater for your Participation, then select the Grade from the dropdown list that you wish to Nominate in.
Next select your Participation in the Free Skating Events.
please select all applicable participation options.
If you are not participating in the Free Skating Events, then select N/A.
If you have selected Skater for your Participation, then select the Grade from the dropdown list(s) that you wish to Nominate in.
If you wish to Nominate in the Free Skating Short Program Event, then please select this from the next dropdown list.
If you wish to Nominate in an Inline Free Skating Event, then please select from the next dropdown list.
If you wish to Nominate in a Free Skating Pairs Event, then please select from the next dropdown list.
If you are Nominating in a Free Skating Pairs Event, then please enter your Partners Name.
Next select your Participation in the Dance Skating Events.
please select all applicable participation options.
If you are not participating in the Dance Skating Events, then select N/A.
If you have selected Skater for your Participation, then select the Grade from the dropdown list(s) that you wish to Nominate in.
If you wish to Nominate in an Inline Solo Dance Event, then please select from the next dropdown list.
If you wish to Nominate in a Creative Solo Dance Event, then please select from the next dropdown list.
If you wish to Nominate in the Inline Creative Solo Dance Event, then please select from the next dropdown list.
If you wish to Nominate in a Couples Dance Event, then please select from the next dropdown list
If you wish to Nominate in the InlineCouples Dance Event, then please select from the next dropdown list
If you wish to Nominate in a Couples Creative Dance Event, then please select from the next dropdown list
If you wish to Nominate in a Couples Free Dance Event, then please select from the next dropdown list
If you are Nominating in a Couples Dance Event, then please enter your Partner(s) Name.
Next select your Participation in the Precision/Show Skating Events.
please select all applicable participation options.
If you are not participating in the Precision/Show Skating Events, then select N/A.
If you have selected Skater for your Participation, then select the Grade from the dropdown list(s) that you wish to Nominate in.
Note there is provision to Nominate in two (2) Precision and two (2) Show events.
If you are Nominating in a Precision/Show Skating Event, then please enter your Team(s) Name.
Select your registered Club from the dropdown list.
If you club is not listed enter this in the Notes section.
Enter the name of your registered Coach.
Enter the name of your registered Volunteer(s)/Official(s) - this is required if you are claiming the Volunteer discount.
If you have any requests, please enter these in the Notes section.
* Note all Registration fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
This completes the Registration (Nomination information) section, next complete the Event type (fees) section.
Note all Event types that begin and finish with a hash # are headers only, and the quantity should not be changed from 0.
Select applicable SKATER Registration Fee
If you are entering Competitive Events, then select 1 x SKATER - Registration Fee - Competitive Events
If you are only entering Rising Stars Events, then select 1 x SKATER - Registration Fee - Rising Stars Events
If you are only entering the Skater Achievement Program (SAP) Promotion event, then the SKATER Registration Fee should be set to 0.
Only 1 Registration fee is payable, select only the highest applicable Registration fee.
Select applicable SKATER Nomination Fee(s)
Count the number of Competitive Events you have entered, and select the correct quantity of SKATER - Nomination Fee - per Competitive Event(s)
Count the number of Rising Stars Events you have entered, and select the correct quantity of SKATER - Nomination Fee - per Rising Stars Event(s)
If you have entered the SAP Promotional Event, then select 1 x SKATER - Nomination Fee - Skater Achievement Promotional Event
If you or your parent/guardian are Volunteering for this Competition, then you are available to claim one (1) applicable Registration Credit.
Marshals, Roadies and/or DJ's entitle you to a $10 credit on your Registration Fee.
MC's and/or Student Officials entitle you to a $15 credit on your Registration Fee.
Judges, Referees and/or Calculators entitle you to a $25 credit on your Registration Fee.
For siblings with a single parent, they may each claim the credit if the Volunteer is available for one session per child.
If you are also a Coach, please select the applicable Coach Event type.
If you are also an Official, please select the applicable Official Event type.
If you are also a Volunteer, please select the Volunteer Event type.
This completes the Event type (fees) section, next review and agree the Event terms (rules) section.
Ensure you tick the box "" before proceeding to the NEXT STEP> button.
Next you will be taken to the registration confirmation page, please review your Registration (Nomination information) and Purchase details (Event type).
If correct click the CONFIRM> button, otherwise click the < Go back button.
Coaches, Officials & Volunteers
On the Event page, click the REGISTER> button, to begin your registration.
Enter your Username and Password (you will only be able to register if you are logged in).
If you do not have this information please email SkateNSW
Volunteers that are not members of SkateNSW will be able to register by entering the following details - First Name, Surname, Phone number, Email and Address (you may enter your participating children(s) name(s) instead of the address if you wish)
Next select your Participation in the Figure Skating Events.
You are only required to register once, so please select all applicable participation options.
If you are not participating in the Figure Skating Events, then select N/A.
Unless you are also a Skater (then see Skater instructions above), then do not select a Grade from the dropdown.
Repeat Steps 2 & 3 for FREE SKATING - PARTICIPATION, DANCE SKATING - PARTICIPATION and PRECISION/SHOW SKATING - PARTICIPATION.
Select the name of your (or in the case of Volunteers, your childrens club).
For Name of Skater's registered Coach(es) enter "N/A".
For Skater's registered Volunteer(s)/Official(s) enter your participating children(s) name(s).
If you have any requests, please enter these in the Notes section.
